Blog Hiatus

Well, I am certainly on a Monday and Friday only blogging kick, hey? I am really hoping by next week  my body will have adjusted to my new work schedule and I can get back to my normal routine! I guess in my ripe old age of 26, change is hard for me;)

I promise to have a post for tomorrow... I just wanted to let you know I'm alive and well.

Questions:
Do you find changing your routine hard? I like my new routine, just need some getting used to;)
What were some of your workouts this week? Can you tell I need a kick in the butt?!
Any plans for Thursday night?

  1. She's aliiiiiive! Hahaha, just kidding. Lord knows I can have a totally sporadic blogging schedule. Like today. I had a post scheduled ... incorrectly ... so I'm saving it for tomorrow! Yeesh! See you tomorrow :)

  2. I used my GymBoss interval timer and did 30 seconds on, 5 seconds off for:
    bicycle situps
    pushups
    crunches
    dips
    reverse crunches
    pushups
    dips

    This created sore arms for a couple of days...time to do another round. :-)

    Went to physio for my IT band and the therapist did some deep tissue work...I am now bruised down my left leg....It hurt...but I am thankful that I can soon run again. :-)
