Jenn from Peas and Crayons hosts WIAW and this month added a fitness portion to it!
Breakfast:
egg omelete with a laughing cow cheese wedge and saskatoon berry jam on top.
some almond butter later on in the morning
Snack:
For the lake, I packed some greek yogurt jalapeno dip for my carrot sticks, peanut butter and some blueberries and watermelon. I was all set for snacks!
Lunch:
A can on lentil soup. Easy peasy and yummy. Anyone else have to put parmesan cheese in their soup?
Snack:
Homemade greek yogurt frozen treats. Not so great, but if you want the recipe, just ask. Maybe you can tweak them so they taste more creamy?
Supper:
Our favorite. Spaghetti Squash in place of pasta. Grilled chicken and spagetti sauce on top
all mixed in and pretty awesome tasting.
don't mind the big chip out of my bowl.
Fitness:
I've been good lately with keeping up my fitness. I reached 10 km again which made me happy. 10km and no IT Band issues. Wahooooo!
My go-to place for workouts is Pinterest and then my usual HIIT treadmill workouts. Here is one I did last week:
Questions:
