Circuit Workout

Circuit workouts have been my go-to lately. It seems like my workouts just aren't complete unless they involve push ups or burpees! I had a circuit workout planned for yesterday at the gym and decided to change it up when I realized they didn't have some of the equipment I needed. 

Remember, my gym is only $10 a month so I take what I get. It's been good to me, it could just use some more medicine balls and cardio machines, that's all ;)

While I was sitting on the mat trying to think of what I could so and I started a little circuit with exercises that always make me break a sweat. 
I like this! It's true!
First I started off with a 5km elliptical hill workout for some cross training and finished with a 9.5km bike hilly ride. It sounds like a lot, but it went by quickly.

What do your favorite circuit workouts involve? Mine would be burpees!
Can you convert miles-kilometers in your head? Not me! lol, google it is! ;)
