Aspaeris Pivot Compression Shorts and a tough workout

Mornin'! I bet your weekend didn't involve something as exciting as cpr/first aid/aed recertification! In order to get your licence and registration first aid/cpr is something that has to be up to date. I love crossing things like that off my list. See ya in 3 years, cpr!
you're welcome.
My posts from the weekend, just in case you missed my new house tour or my Sunday post ;)

Oh boy, do I ever have a thigh exercise for you today. Does 'thigh' ever sound really weird to you? Sometimes the word kind of grosses me out, but that's mostly what the workout targeted, so here we go:

I did a HIIT treadmill workout as well to finish my workout off-

Aspaeris Pivot Compression Shorts Review:
I recieved a pair of snazzy compression shorts a few weeks ago from a company in CT called Aspaeris. They have a one of a kind compression short. I wore my Aspaeris pivot compression shorts during my workout. I wore them under my gym pants and they felt perfectly snug without feeling restrictive. They felts like a really comfortable gym pant that I didn't want to take off, but don't worry, I did!

The pivot short is actually made of two different parts bonded together; the outer short is a compression short which supports your muscles and the inner layer is made of Aspaeris' own sensory compression bands! These bands are designed to guide your muscles into the proper position, which in turn helps with pivot positions/moves and is known to improve ACL and hip injuries.
they stretch! :)

I plan on wearing these more after my runs as well as during my runs. The snug feel of them feels so good after a hard workout/run. Click here to read some testimonials about APS!

The shorts look like this underneath the outer compression layer. They come in a few different colors; black, red, navy and white. I chose black, it's slimming, duh;)
the dual sensory compression bands; I have the outer layer peeled back

Verdict? Love! The comfortable and snug fit is just what I want for after a run and during a workout. They feel snug without feeling like they're digging into me. If you're someone who experiences pain during/after a workout, these just might be the answer for you!

Questions:
Do you wear compression clothes?
What did you do this weekend?
