Banana ice cream! And know what? It's beyond easy to make!
Have this on hand:
- 2 bananas
- 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter (optional) or cocoa (optional)
Cut up a couple of bananas and freeze them for about 1-2 hours.
Put them in a food processor and blend until it gets a soft serve consistency.
Add a BIG scoop of peanut butter and blend it all in.
Scoop into a bowl and freeze for about 1/2 hour to get it re-frozen.
Eat it because it's delicious and banana-y!
Sorry for the iPhone pictures, my camera is still getting fixed after its bad accident on the clinic floor, hopefully he'll be ok!
