Pinner

I am an ice-cream addict. I just love it, especially if you combine chocolate and peanut butter in an ice cream. I'm there. There is lots of added sugar in ice cream so let me tell you about a pin I saw on Pinterest a while ago and have been wanting to make for a long time...

Banana ice cream! And know what? It's beyond easy to make!

Have this on hand:
  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter (optional) or cocoa (optional)

Cut up a couple of bananas and freeze them for about 1-2 hours.

Put them in a food processor and blend until it gets a soft serve consistency.

Add a BIG scoop of peanut butter and blend it all in.

Scoop into a bowl and freeze for about 1/2 hour to get it re-frozen.

Eat it because it's delicious and banana-y!

Sorry for the iPhone pictures, my camera is still getting fixed after its bad accident on the clinic floor, hopefully he'll be ok!

Questions:
Are there any "pins" you have done?
Have you ever tried this "ice cream"?
